Here we study the Government from the highest level possible within the United States.

Every State in  the Union must decide whats in the best interest of that State.    In order for each person to participate effectively, they must understand the structure of the State Government.

Here is where the rubber meets the road.  This is probably the most important area.  The residents of each State are the true decision makers within the government.
